You may as well sit back and enjoy all the sounds, sights and sensations of each moment that passes. Become totally aware of all these sensations, feeling every bit of it and allowing it to be amazing and wonderful. This is what makes you totally aware and enjoy each moment. Wherever you are and whatever you are doing, you are fully there. Why do you need to multitask? Be there fully and enjoy one thing at a time.

So if you now ask yourself Where am I. The answer is: I am Here right Here. Wherever you are you are Here, nowhere else but just Here and will always be Here.

This moment is all that exists but yet we are constantly thinking of the past, the future and how bad things are which is bringing this unhappiness to you now. If you doing this then you are living in your mind and not in this moment.

Your mind is a very powerful tool and if you don't take control of it you will continuously live in your mind and create unhappiness for yourself and others. The more you live in your mind by thinking of all sorts of stuff the more it will continue. It is like a huge ship once it gets going it has huge momentum and will take a lot to bring it to a stop. You need to make an effort to bring you mind to a stop and keep it there to seek the happiness you want. Reference the tools section on a regular basis to keep your happiness fuelled.
