Use the following tools on a regular basis to help keep your happiness fuelled.
- Remind yourself that the present moment is all that exists so no use thinking of past and future
- Remind yourself that you cannot change the past and the present
- Meditate regularly at least once a day. There is no right or wrong way to meditate. The main aim is to slow your mind down and bring it to a stop with no thoughts. This will become a habit so you can then make good choices on what to think about and at all other times keep it clear. If you need to, follow this meditation exercise.
- Look at everything and everyone as being Perfect. Not saying that you need to be a perfectionist. No. Whenever you don't see anything or anyone as being perfect it creates resistance within yourself and this resistance creates thoughts in your mind and very quick you are living in your mind. All is PERFECT. This is very important.
- Wherever and whatever you are doing, be there fully. Put all of your attention into it. Be aware of every sight, sound and sensation that is amazing and perfect.
- Resisting to the present moment, creates uneasiness and conflicting thoughts which results in unhappiness.
- Remind yourself of who you truly are.
- Know that everything is temporary.
- Realise your true power
