(Sorry cant put a label to this section it is No Thing)
It is very impossible for me to put a label or heading to this section. If I do then I will be giving it a name and there is no name or thing that can be associated to it. It is.. ....
Scientifically, everything in the whole universe is made up of the smallest thing called atoms. These atoms are made up of protons, neutrons and electrons which is just energy. Now these bits that make up the atom, exists in what? What is it floating in? It is nothing absolutely nothing. There is more of this nothing then electrons, protons and neutrons. There is more of this nothing that exists in the whole universe. This is the only thing that is common to everything in the whole universe. It is the same no thing that is everywhere. Everything that you see is made up of the same energy and this no thing.
When you are able to turn you mind off, step back and watch yourself and everything around without thinking anything or labelling anything around you then this is where you are exactly in the space of no thing. The minute you are there and you tell yourself that you are there then you are not. When you are there you are there and everything stops in your mind so hence the fact that there is no label to this.
Creating gaps in your mind is one of the ways to keep yourself in the present moment. It becomes very hard just to use this as a tool to keep you in the present moment. Knowing, feeling and placing yourself in this no thing space is another tool together with the gaps will make it easier to stay in the present moment.
I explained in the 'Where I am' section that to be in the now moment all the time is not to hop from one frame to another but to step back and be in a position that the frames are happening in front of you. This is the place that you need to get yourself to be in, the .. ... (no thing) space. Keep yourself here with the ability to switch your mind to idle then you can be in the Now moment most of the time. Use this with the other tools in the 'Where I am' section to help you stay in the Now Moment.
