Now Happiness is one of our basic needs. We all want to be happy. We all look forward to be happy. If you are in a room of people, you would automatically choose to be with the happy person in that room so you can be happy. The sad people will be left with each other. This proves that you attract what you give out. Now when you are happy, you automatically feel truly positive and positive feelings and thoughts attract all the positives into your life. To force you to be positive is very different to automatically feeling positive from a simple act of being happy. Simple as it may sound, happiness is important.
Is your happiness at any moment dependent on what you are specifically doing or the person that you are with or the things that you are enjoying? Are you continuously looking forward to specific moments of happiness? Happiness is like a drug, you want more and more, but how long do these moments of happiness last? Just Imagine if you were able to be Happy all the time. So happy that nothing negative or bad affects you. Whatever happens, you are happy and positive. No matter what is said or done to you, you are happy.
You might simply answer this by saying that you could just go and do something that makes you happy. OK but what happens when this activity is over, do you remain in the happy state? Calculate for the percentage of time in one week that you are experiencing happiness. Is it 50% or is it something like 10% or less. How many hours out of a 16 hour day were you happy? How is it possible to be happy for all 16 hours in a day?
Do you want to continue status quo? What have you got to lose? So Proof it to yourself and follow this through.
Are you truly Happy?
